WEBSTER CITY, IA (December 4, 2014) - In just a few weeks, USMTS and USRA will honor their respective champions and top-performing drivers from the 2014 race season at the annual awards banquet, which takes place  on Saturday, January 31, 2015, at Harrah’s Casino & Hotel in North Kansas City.
 
USMTS has confirmed a special room rate at the Hotel for those planning to attend. To reserve your room during the banquet weekend, call 1-800-427-7247 and be sure to mention USMTS/USRA to receive the special rate! Room rates are $119 plus tax. Check-in time is 4 p.m. with check out at 11 a.m. the following morning.
 
Although the deadline for booking reservations is January 10, 2015, we highly recommend that anyone wishing to reserve rooms at the special rate to make reservations before December 31, 2014 to guarantee the special rate. There are currently 25 rooms set aside with the special room rate.
 
On banquet night, social hour begins at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7, and then awards ceremonies at 8. Stay tuned to www.usmts.com for future announcements regarding the banquet and final details regarding tickets and meals are confirmed.
