The 10th-place finisher in every main event will earn a $100 contingency award from Keyser Manufacturing while the 18th-place finisher gets the same from Integra Shocks & Springs. More than $3,000 in awards are earmarked for the top three finishers in the USMTS Hunt for the Casey’s Cup, Summit USMTS Southern Series and Grant Junghans Rookie of the Year final points.

Keyser Manufacturing will also contribute cash to each of the points funds for 2016.

The 20th anniversary season featuring the Best of the Best in dirt modified racing features a points fund of more than $160,000 highlighted by a record top prize of $50,000 awaiting the 2018 USMTS National Champion.

The action gets going with the first event for the Summit Racing Equipment USMTS Southern Series presented by Production Jars on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 23-24, at the South Texas Speedway in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The first points race in the USMTS Hunt for the Casey’s Cup powered by S&S Fishing & Rental happens two weeks later on Friday, March 9, at the Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Miss., which will also be a Summit USMTS Southern Series points race.
