ALLISON, IA (June 5, 2000) — The United States Modified Touring Series will invade Butler County Speedway in Allison, IA this Thursday night. This will be the first USMTS race of the season at the speedway. The USMTS modifieds will be running along with the USMTS stock cars and hobby stocks. There may be a race for all non-qualifiers to give all drivers a chance for this event. It will be announced at the drivers meeting.

This will be the first race for the stock cars and hobby stocks to run with the USMTS. Pro-Environmental has come on board as a sponsor of these races also. There will be three $25 cash awards at each event that will be run. USMTS is not calling this a series for stock cars and hobby stocks. A name will be announced later for this.
