WEBSTER CITY, IA (Sept. 28, 2000) — A total of 105 Modifieds checked in for time trials in Thursday's kick off of the Fall Jamboree at the Hamilton County Speedway. Mark Noble of Blooming Prairie, Minn., led the USMTS Modifieds in qualifying with a 20.980-second lap. The top 48 Modifieds will be inverted for the eight heat races on Friday.

In addition to the Modifieds, 51 Stock Cars, 64 Hobby Stocks and 22 Econo Stocks checked in on Thursday night.
