USMTS date, all-cash payout announced



MUSKOGEE, Okla. -- The Outlaw Motor Speedway and the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) will join forces again for the second straight year. The race date is set for April 30th 2004. Last year Long View, Texas' Kenny Gaddis held off Webb City, Missouri's Scott Drake to take the 40 lap win and the $5,000 pay-check.

Also, the Outlaw Motor Speedway has announced that all payouts will be in cash. The Outlaw Motor Speedway ask in return that everyone paying at the gate pay in cash.
