WEBSTER CITY, Iowa -- The O’Reilly Auto Parts United States Modified Touring Series has made several changes for the 2005 race season. One of these changes is the addition of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Bonus Money. This will be a guarantee to all drivers in the top-10 in national standings.

Each of these 10 drivers will be guaranteed when pulling into the gate they will make at least $400. This is guaranteed each night as long as the driver raced the previous O’Reilly USMTS race.

There are stipulations to the O’Reilly Bonus Money and drivers are aware of these provisions. Any driver needing more information can call the O’Reilly USMTS office or when purchasing the national license you will receive the provisions. The provisions are very fair and will guarantee fans that the top-10 in national standings should be at each race -- especially considering that $400 is more than some tracks pay to win on a weekly basis.

One of the provisions will be appearances at local O’Reilly Auto Parts stores in the area that the series will be racing. Fans will be able to stop into the O’Reilly Auto Parts stores for discounted tickets and talk to their favorite USMTS drivers. The $400 will be taken off or added to the winnings for the night.

The first night of racing we will use the 2004 final national standings for the guarantee at the Junction Motor Speedway in McCool Junction, Neb., March 11-12.
