BJ Cook, the son of former race car driver Bobby Cook Sr, started his racing career in 2007 in the factory stock division. After racing factory stock for more than 5 years he started racing Limiteds and Modifieds. In 2016 BJ built a new factory stock on his own from the ground up to have numerous top 5 finishes over the next several years. He now races his 43J GRT Racecar in the Promod Divison with having several wins and countless top 5 finishes.

BJ and his wife own Cook's Flooring & Carpet Cleaning, LLC and Extreme Glassworks, LLC.

In his spare time he enjoys going to the lake, traveling, going and watching his kids preform and play their sports, and most importantly he truly enjoys helping his son Chase start and improve in his new racing journey.
