Ogilvie first of seven weekends, 22 races to crown 2023 USMTS champion

With only seven weekends remaining and 21 feature races books, there are 22 features left to be contested before we crown the 2023 Summit USMTS national champion during our 25th Anniversary Season.

This weekend, the Summit USMTS National Championship presented by RacinDirt heads to the Ogilvie Raceway for the 3rd Annual Mod Wars, July 13-15.

The blockbuster battle will pay $3,000 to win Thursday with $5,000 to win Friday's feature. Saturday’s main event wraps up the tripleheader with an $11,000-to-win finale.

Next weekend, the Mason City Motor Speedway finishes up the month with another three-night excursion on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 20-22, for the 10th Annual USMTS North Iowa Nationals presented by Christie Door Company.

The remainder of the season features two weekends in August with stops at the I-70 Speedway, Lakeside Speedway and Lucas Oil Speedway before the $25,000-to-win USMTS 25th Anniversary race in Mason City, Aug. 16-19. The Featherlite Fall Jamboree happens at Deer Creek in September, Arrowhead Speedway’s first event is in October and we roll the dice and head to Las Vegas in November for the season finale.
