McCarthy Auto Group Season Opener March 27

The long wait is over! It is Race Time, I-35 Speedway style! Saturday, March 27, I-35 Speedway returns to action with the McCarthy Auto Group Season Opener. Come and enjoy the thunder of the engines roar, smell the spent racing fuel, watch the fire flying out of the headers, taste the dirt in your favorite drink, it all begins this Saturday! The drivers are ready, the cars are ready, the track is ready, and we know you are ready, Let’s Go Racing!

Opening Night racing starts at 6:00 P.M. (early season hours in effect). Pit gates and Grandstands open at 3:00. Driver registration can be completed by visiting the I-35 Speedway website, www.i35speedway.net, or online at MyRacePass. Pill Draw close and the first Drivers’ Meeting of 2021 are at 5:00 P.M. Hot Laps immediately after driver’s meeting with last session taking the track at 5:50 P.M.

I-35 Speedway continues the weekly tradition of Youth 18 and younger (ID may be requested) FREE! Last year there were rookies in all classes and track management wants to continue to grow our sport through this program supporting the youth of America! For the Adults older than 18 the admission price is $15, for our Seniors (62+) and Military the admission is $12.

Bring the family and enjoy a night of racing. I-35 Speedway is located at Exit 64 off the interstate, ten miles north of Cameron, Missouri. Super easy access. Parking is always free.

Concessions located throughout the facility serving your favorites, sweet, tasty funnel cakes, chili dogs, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, coffee, hot chocolate or beer. Check out the great food at the Trackside Bar and Grill which overlooks Turn 1, great place to sit, watch the races, and have dinner! Mom approved clean restrooms (and they are going to even get better this year), best racing value for your motorsport’s entertainment, we look forward to seeing you this Saturday at I-35 Speedway.
