May Day Auto Racing I-35 Speedway

May Day Racing Fun, this Saturday at I-35 Speedway! The Auto Racing super fun continues where last week there were 28 races for the fans to enjoy. This week it is the Early Tractor Cletus “Mudcat” Murray Memorial. Murray was a past Champion Racecar Driver at I-35 Speedway adored by friends, family, and fans. The best drivers of the USRA A Mods, USRA B Mods, USRA Stock Cars, Pure Stock, E Mods, Sport Compact, Limited Late Models, and Midwest Lightning Sprints will be in competition.

Racing starts at 7:00 P.M. Pit gates open 3 hours before race time and the grandstands will open 30 minutes after the pit gates open. Admission prices are $15 for Adults, $12 for Seniors (62+) and Military, and Youth 18 and younger (ID may be requested) are Free (a weekly tradition)! I-35 Speedway is located at Exit 64. Super easy access. Parking is always free.

Concessions located throughout the facility serving your favorites, like sweet, tasty funnel cakes, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, or beer. Enjoy the experience of dinner overlooking turn 1 at the Trackside Bar and Grill. The experience of the I-35 Speedway Trackside Bar and Grill was recently recognized by Speedway Illustrated magazine (April Edition) as one of 15 tracks nationally that offer great reasons to attend beyond racing. Mom approved clean restrooms, best racing value for your motorsport’s entertainment, we look forward to seeing you this Saturday at I-35 Speedway.

Here is a quick synopsis of what you missed: Michael Taylor III claiming his first E Mod win of the season, Pure Stock Green to Checkered side by side racing with Conrad Kaufman claiming the win, Dan Schmidt won the first Show Me Vintage race, Tommy Cordray won the super competitive Limited Late Models, Tyler Cadwallader passed Shadren Turner late to win the USRA B Mod race, Austin Bouzek started last and raced to first in the USRA Stock Cars, Steven Bowers Jr out ran Urbana Missouri’s Dillon McCowan to claim the USRA A Mods.
