USMTS Sportsman Of The Year Award, Dan Ebert

Dan officially sealed up his 2023 USMTS (United States Modified Touring Series) season this past weekend in Kansas City. Dan raced thirty three USMTS events, cashed in two feature wins and finished in the top ten, seventeen times, earning him seventh place in USMTS National Points.

Beyond that, Dan earned the USMTS Sportsman Of The Year Award and bonus money in honor of special racer, Chris Clark. This award was given out by USMTS to a driver who showcases sportsmanship to fellow racers, a good role model and displays positivity. Dan explained during his speech just how big of an honor this award was to receive and how special of a guy Chris was to all who had the opportunity to meet him.

In addition, USMTS created two new awards directed to women in racing. Ashley, Team Relations Manager for Team 60, earned the first ever Best In Class Award.

Both awardees felt very honored to be chosen and will proudly display the awards in the teams race shop in St. Joseph, MN.
