USMTS ROCKET RACEWAY WIN
The final two week United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) swing closed out at Rocket Raceway Park in Petty, TX. 67 Modifieds entered the weekend.
Night one, Dan set himself back in the heat race, placing him in a B main and earning the 20th starting position in the feature. After some big adjustments on the car, Dan rocketed from 20th to 4th in the USMTS feature.
Night two, Dan started on the pole of the feature and earned himself a spot in the redraw finding himself starting on the outside pole. Initially, Dan was conservatively running in the second position, his patience paid-off when he was able to sneak around the leader and set sail from there, winning the final night in Texas!
