USRA national points will be awarded on Saturday and for either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday using driver’s best effort of the three. This is a non-points special event for the USMTS. Late Models will be sanctioned and rules governed by the MLRA with points awarded both Friday and Saturday. B-Mods will be sanctioned and rules governed by the USRA with national points awarded on both Wednesday and Thursday. Grand Nationals and Factory Stocks will utilize Lakeside Speedway rules (no track points).

Race Procedures
Modifieds may qualify on Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday, and may purchase a “mulligan’ to enter the following day and try again. In drawing for your starting position the next day, you forfeit points earned the previous night. Modified drivers will earn points through time trials, heat races and “B” Main or “A” Main finish. The top six in overall points each qualifying night are locked into Saturday’s “A” Main which will start three-wide and ten rows deep. After Friday, the next 12 are locked into Saturday’s “B” Main, next 12 to the “C” Main and remaining to one of the Last Chance Races or Next-To-Last Chance Race, depending on total entries. B-Mods, Grand Nationals and Factory Stocks will run heat races, “B” Mains and “A” Main Qualifiers on Wednesday with the top 8 finishers locked into Thursday’s “A” Mains. Thursday night will feature Last Chance Races and the “A” Mains for all three classes (new cars are welcome but will start behind those that raced Wednesday) plus the second night of qualifying for the Modifieds.
